DEN HOLLANDER, Pieter Huibert Peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Saturday, June 25, 2016 the Lord called to himself Piet Den Hollander at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Henny (nee Buitenhuis) for 54 years. Loved father of Mike (Jenny), Anita (John) Poort, Ralph, Patti (Graham) Dixon, Jane, and Peter. Dear Grandpa of Bella, Sawyer, Jaxon, Claire, Jason (Laura), Shaun (Becky), Tanya, Montana, Jessica, Sarah (Rik), Amanda, Nathan, and Elizabeth, as well as 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his granddaughter Melissa, and her three children. Loved brother of Riet (Wim) Clemens, and brother-in-law of Zwany Linde, Nellie Buitenhuis, Hanne Buitenhuis, and Leo Rozema. Friends may visit with the family on Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME , 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Flamborough Canadian Reformed Church, 1225 Dundas St., Burlington. Rev. G. Nederveen officiating.
