DiMATTEO, Diego It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of a dear husband, father and Nonno on January 28, 2017 at the age of 82. Loving and devoted husband of 49 years to Lydia (nee Colabufalo). Amazing mentor, father and friend of Greg (Antonella) and Patty (Steve). Cherished Nonno to Joshua, Jacob, Jordan, Matteo and Chiara. It’s hard to forget someone who gave us so much to remember; his generosity, warmth and compassion will be missed by friends and family, near and far. Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. A visitation will take place at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME “William J. Markey Chapel” 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Wednesday February 1, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Vigil prayers taking place at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral will take place in Chapel on Thursday February 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation.
