June 8, 1934 – April 4, 2017
Surrounded by the love of her family, afflicted with leukemia, Elizabeth passed on April 4, 2017. Loving mother of Debbie (Scott), Brenda (Grant) and John (Kim). Proud Grandmother (G’ma) of Colin, Ray, Sean, Aaron, William and David. Elizabeth will be deeply missed by her church community, extended family and friends. Visitation to be held at Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville) on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at St. Thomas à Becket Anglican Church (3535 South Common Court, Mississauga) on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 1 p.m. While Elizabeth loved flowers in life, she has requested no flowers. Those who wish to honour her love of flowers are asked to wear brightly coloured clothes to her service. Donations may be made to Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund.
