1922 – 2016
Peacefully, in Toronto, on September 16, 2016. Ema was a woman of deep faith that sustained her for her entire life. Beloved wife of the late Joseph (2007). Loving mother of Anka (Dave), Tina (Edwin) and Irene (Glenn). She will be dearly missed by her grandsons Andrew, Steven, Anthony, Jacob, Matthew and Mitchell. Special thanks to the supportive staff at Humber Heights Nursing Home where she resided for the last eleven years. Visitations will be held at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Slovenian Catholic Church, 739 Browns Line (South of the Gardiner Expressway) on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 9 a.m., which will be immediately followed by the Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment to follow.
