FLORENCE BURRY (nee McCULLOUGH) Our beloved friend, Florence Burry passed away peacefully at the age of 84 at the Toronto General Hospital on Sunday, August 7, 2016. Predeceased by her mother Betty McCullough and brother Hugh. Aunt to Barbara Rees (Thunder Bay) and friend to Nancy Guncay. Dearly missed by family and friends in Ireland and Ontario. Anyone who knew Flo, knew how much she loved her dog King and cat Shadow. A long-term employee of the City of Etobicoke. Flo enjoyed her luncheon dates with longtime friends and colleagues. Her love of travel took her to Ireland to visit family on numerous occasions. Flo will be resting at the Glendale Funeral Home (1810 Albion Road, corner of Albion Road and Highway No. 27, Etobicoke, ON), 416-679-1803, on Saturday, August 13, 2016. Visitation will be held from 1 – 2 p.m., with cremation to follow (no service). In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Toronto Humane Society.
