BLANCO-RUIBAL, Frances – Peacefully passed away at the age of 62, on May 15, 2017, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her daughters, Caroline and Lisa and her husband, Alfred. Funeral services will be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel, 2900 Kingston Rd. (east of St. Clair Ave. E.). The viewing will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. and memorial service on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 11 a.m
