GEISEL, Gary C. Passed away peacefully on March 3, 2017, at Campbell River Hospital (B.C.) after a year-long battle with cancer at the age of 62 years. Gary was predeceased by his wife Rose (nee Lennie), and parents Gerry and Loretta. Loving father of daughter Rachel Geisel (Ben de Jong), son John Geisel, and grandfather to Jade de Jong. He will be sadly missed by his brother, Doug Geisel (Kirsten) and sister Susan Henriksbo (Brian) and their families. Gary also leaves behind many friends and family in Hamilton, Ontario and B.C. Gary worked for most of his life as a ship-wright and skilled wood worker. Gary loved the west coast of Canada and we are happy that he was able to spend his last days there.
