HARRIET E. MARSH Peacefully at St. Michael’s Hospital on Saturday, July 2, 2016 with son Ray and grandson Blair at her side, in her 109th year. Born April Fool’s, 1908. We used to say she fooled Father Time. A mistress to many beloved pets and a friend to many people, all waiting to welcome her at the finish line. A hostess to many joyful birthday parties (her own) with son Ray. Now there’s one big reunion with parents Whitmore and Helena Piers, sisters Agnes and Helena, aunt Carrie, uncle Ed, husband Alex, great-grandson Angel Blue and hundreds of others. Funeral service will be at the Simple Alternative Funeral Home, 275 Lesmill Road, Toronto. Visitation Friday at 10 a.m. Service 11 a.m. Interment to follow at 12:45 p.m. at St. James Cemetery.
