HAZEL JOYCE BARTOLI Passed on Thursday, June 8 2017. Predeceased by her husband Tony (1991), son Tony (2007) and siblings Len (2004), Noel (2008) and George (2013). She will be missed by her daughter Sandy (Dave), daughter- in-law Teresa, grandchildren Mike (Sam) and Maria (Adam), great-grandson Everett, siblings Ivy (David), Evan (Sheila), Joslyn (Jackie), Thelma (Carl), sisters-in-law Gloria, Barbara and Jasmine and her many nieces and nephews. Many thanks to Dr. Brodie and all of the staff at Providence Healthcare Palliative Unit for the loving care and support that they provided. Family and friends are welcome at Giffen- Mack Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Ave. E., on Sunday, June 11th for visitation from 2-6 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 12th in the chapel at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp Ooch at www.ooch.org
