MACLEOD, HEATHER FLORENCE (nee MACLEAN) Passed away peacefully with family at her side on August 1, 2017, age 84. Beloved wife of Lloyd MacLeod, loving mother to Doug and Deb (Ward Sellers), devoted grandmother to Lily, Calder, Briana and Erin, sister of Shirley Hodgson White, the late Kenneth MacLean (Vera MacLeod) and the late Garth MacLean (Pauline). Heather was born in North Wiltshire and attended Prince of Wales and McGill University (Physical and Occupational Therapy). She lived in Charlottetown, Halifax and St. John before moving to Toronto where she enjoyed curling at Weston Golf Club and golfing at St. George’s Golf Club. Heather was a nurturer and loved looking after Lloyd and their children. She and Lloyd enjoyed over 60 years of marriage and both agreed that they were blessed to have found the perfect partner. Heather blossomed when her grandchildren arrived. Nothing made her happier than family get togethers. Heather’s legacy is woven into the fabric of the MacLean-MacLeod family history and the values that she has instilled for the generations to come. Special thanks to the staff at Mt.
