IRWIN STANLEY HERBERT DALES 1925 – 2017 It is with deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our much loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather at Allendale Long Term Care in Milton, Ontario, on April 27, 2017 in his 92nd year. Irwin was predeceased by his beloved wife Ruth (Winters) in 1999. He was also predeceased by four brothers and two sisters. Left to treasure his memory are his daughters Carol (Larry Millett) and Lorraine (Larry Howard). Also his grandchildren John (Nadia), Christopher (Jennifer), Julie Lyn Millett and Kimberly (Michael Fera). Irwin was also the very proud great-grandpa (Poppa’s) to 7: Krystal, Joshua, Nickolas, Victoria, Owen, Maddison and Easton. Irwin received wonderful care over the last 15 months at Allendale, Pettit House. We, as his family are deeply grateful. Irwin was a very proud and respected employee of Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals for over 40 years. The family will receive visitors at the McKERSIE-KOCHER FUNERAL HOME, 114 Main St. E., Milton, 905-878-4452, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. A private family interment will be held. Donations in Irwin’s memory can be made to the Willow Foundation or the First Community Church of Milton at Allendale Long Term Care Facility and would be appreciated by the family.
