TSUJI, Jack —
Passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga, at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Evelyn. Loving father of George, Linda and Kiko. Dear brother of Mel (Debbie), uncle of Katie (Jason Wilford) and Doug (Emily) and great-uncle of Amaya. Jack will be sadly missed but forever remembered by many extended family and close friends. Friends and family may visit at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home, 3164 Ninth Line (Dundas/403), Oakville, Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held in the Chapel on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 1 p.m. Cremation.
