JAMES REDFORD Peacefully at Ajax – Pickering Hospital on Sunday, April 9, 2017 with his family by his side. Jim, in his 78th year, is the loving husband and best friend of Ann for 56 years. Proud father of Chris (Katie), Janice (Richard) and Craig. Doting Grandpa of Nathan, Benjamin, Jacob, Aidan, Owen and Hannah. Sadly missed by his siblings – Jean, Leonard, Kathy, Donald and Tom, by his in-laws Dave, Marnie and Paul and by all their spouses and children. Fondly remembered by his many extended family and friends. A dedicated, retired IBM Accountant, Jim was proud of his many years of service. Visitation will be held at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME (28 Old Kingston Rd., Ajax (905-428-8488) on Saturday, April 15th from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the Canadian Cancer Society and would be appreciated by the family.
