CLARKE, Jared Howard —
Jared Howard Clarke, 73, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Centenary Hospital in Scarborough. He is survived by his wife Lynne and his sons Paul (Cristina) and John, as well as grandchildren Joshua, Alexia and Cristian. Jared was predeceased by son Michael. Visitation and service will be held at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Avenue East, on Thursday, April 27th at 3 p.m., followed by service in the chapel at 4 p.m. If desired, donations may be made in Jared’s name to Community Living, Scarborough branch.
