JOAN COCHRANE Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. Beloved partner of Vic. Loving mother of Gord and Pat. Dear grandma of Colin. Cherished sister of Jane (Moe), Diane (Tom) and late brother Ernie. Will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews and the Wilmot Creek community.
