Kim Patricia McKENZIE
Passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at age 59, surrounded by her loving family. Kim was predeceased by her cherished father Ken and beloved mother Lorraine. She is survived by her brother John (Tory), sisters Janet (Rich) Kopec, Nancy (Bob) Ponturo and Mary Lynne (Kim) MacDonald; nieces and nephews Jack, Kate, Sue, Grace, Will, Carley and Lauren. Kim had a love for animals, especially her dogs Meg, Sasha, Kip and Kia, as well as her cats Cleo, Cloe and Emma. Kim was passionate about her career as a Life Skill Counselor. She will always be remembered for her strength, courage, generosity, compassion and loyalty. She loved music, cooking and gardening. Her sense of humour and refreshing irreverence will always be remembered. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 905-279-7663.
