TAYLOR, MINNIE IDA – nee: Willis
We are deeply saddened to share the loss of our amazing mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Minnie Ida Taylor passed away on August 29th at the age of 94. She will be deeply missed by sons Doug Taylor (Bev Donald) and Gary Taylor (Janet Taylor). An active and very loving grandmother will always be remembered by Kevin Taylor, Kelly Taylor (Matt McGill), Bobbie Taylor (Jeff Smith) and Stephanie Ferlette (Derek Ferlette). Her great grandchildren Taylor, Alexis, Dylan, Alyssa, Tyler, Cole, Victoria, Keith and Lucas will never forget her hugs, her humour and homemade treats. Minnie was predeceased by husband Lloyd Taylor, her daughter Lorraine and son Ronnie. Her many nephews, nieces, friends and “men” who worked for Taylor Sand & Gravel will always remember how hardworking, independent and loving she was to each of them. We were blessed to have her in our lives and to have enjoyed her warm tea biscuits that she whipped together routinely. A Celebration of Life will be held at the ORONO TOWN HALL, 5315 Main Street, Orono on Monday, September 5, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. with a visitation period from 1-2:30 p.m. at the Orono Town Hall. Interment to follow in Orono Cemetery. Donations to the charity of choice would be gratefully appreciated.
