WINNACOTT, Nancy Y. (nee Cole) —
Passed away peacefully at her home in Thornhill, September 4, 2016. Survived by husband Ronald Winnacott of 55 years, daughter Heather, son-in-law John Forsythe, son David and grandchildren Natara, Grant and Lauren.
Nancy Y. Cole was born January 31, 1935 to Reginald Cole and Bertha Cole (nee Banbury). Wonderful medical care enabled Nancy to survive cancer thirty years ago but it returned five weeks ago and we are thankful that Nancy did not suffer for long. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or your favourite charity would be appreciated. A memorial service will be held at Thornhill Baptist Church, 8018 Yonge Street at a later date and the interment will follow at Coopers Falls Free Methodist Church.
