FARON, Phyllis Emily Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Healthcare, Hamilton on September 25, 2017 at age 96. Beloved wife of the late Henry (2003). Loving mother of Linda (Kevin Adams) and Jackie (George Dolanjski). Proud Nana of Robin, Melanie, Paul, Beth and Peter and great-grandmother of Cole, Adam, Emmett, Juliet, Tessa, Eric and Jade. Phyllis was born and grew up in Sevenoaks, Kent, England. She served in the Royal Air Force during WWII. As a war bride she came to Canada in 1945 to begin her new life. Phyllis loved to spend time with her family and she will be fondly remembered for her loving nature. The family would like to express special thanks to the many members of the team at the Georgian Retirement Residence, Dundas. Special thanks to the caring staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
