1961 – 2016
It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Ron MacLeod, at his home on June 24, 2016. Ron is predeceased by his parents Archie and Aggie MacLeod and his brother Danny. Ron’s love for his son Lucas was all encompassing and he always looked forward to their time spent together. He will be greatly missed by Lucas, his sister Theresa Brown (Brian) and brothers Greg (Cheryl), Malcolm (Kelly) and Francis (Diana), his many nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and his longtime friend Myrna. Ron also had a special bond with his first cousins, Ron (Sandra), Danny, Debbie, Terry, Denise and Valerie, who will also miss him so much. He will be remembered for his quirky sense of humour and his loving heart.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 12 – 2 and 5 – 7 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South (at Yonge St), Aurora. Funeral Service will follow at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation.
