BULIGAN, Sabina (nee RUBINKIEWICZ) March 22, 1951 – September 11, 2017 Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. A beautiful and wonderful soul. Will be sorely missed by her husband Sauro, her brother Ron (Brenda), daughters Sonia (Jayson), Nadia (Paul) and son Nicolas (Karen).
