THOMAS (TOM) HLUCHAN, P.Eng Passed away peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital on Tuesday, August 16, 2016. Tom was President of SHAL Consulting Engineers, specializing in Planning a nd Design of ports and marine structures in Canada and throughout the Caribbean, from Bahamas to Venezuela. Many projects included cruise ship berths. Left to mourn this great loss is the love of his life Ann (Bottomley) for 25 years. Dear father to Christopher (Grace), Mark (Erin) and step-sons Alan (Tanya) and Paul. Brother to Kathy (Dennis) Miles. Will be missed by his seven grandchildren.
