KONGATS, WALTER and MALL (ELJAS) Walter April 13, 1926 – June 18, 2017 Mall July 28, 1932 – June 20, 2017 Walter and Mall passed away peacefully in their sleep, side by side, at the palliative care unit at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, ON. Married for 65 years, they will always be a wonderful and proud mother and grandmother, father and grandfather to son Alar, daughter-in-law Theresa, son Indrek, daughter-in-law Tracey, grandchildren Indre, Juri, Krystyna, Victoria, Helli, Aaron Thomas and spouse Alexandria Thomas and their son Aden Thomas. They also leave behind their extended and much loved families in Canada, Estonia including Walter’s sister Miralda Ellart, and in Australia. The family wishes to give their heartfelt thank- you to the nurses in the palliative care unit who so comfortingly looked after Mall and Walter.
