WHITE, Wayne Harvey August 14, 1959 – April 14, 2017 Passed away at the age of 57 in the early hours of Friday, April 14th. Survived by his loving wife and best friend of 37 years Sue, children Lee (Jessie), Brandy and Tanya (Andrew), siblings Mike (Katy), Brian (Char), Sandy (Jason) and Lourie as well as grandchildren River, Coral and Duke and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Hugh and Betty White as well as brother Dan White and sister Lorraine McLean. Wayne was an employee of Dofasco for 34 years as well as an avid sports fan. He played, as well as coached and managed, many teams throughout the years and made many great friends and fond memories along the way. The family would like to send a special thank you to the incredible staff at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for their amazing and compassionate care throughout Wayne’s journey. We’d also like to thank a special nurse and friend Paula for being an absolute angel from the very beginning of her home visits with VON. We will be having a private celebration of life. Cremation has already taken place.
