WILLIAM R. “Bill” COWAN, CMA, RIA
Passed away peacefully on January 22, 2017 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Alice Bernice Cowan. Loving father of Denyse. Predeceased by his parents, David G. and Jean M. and by his siblings Jean (Calgary), David G. Jr. and James A. Survived by his numerous nieces and nephews. Retired employee of Ministry of Natural Resources, Ontario Place and Molson’s. A dedicated volunteer at West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre and one of the original volunteers with the Toronto Auxiliary Police (1957-1964). A private inurnment will take place at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in the spring of 2017. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
