Peacefully, at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Toronto, on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Misa for 57 wonderful years. Loving father of Thomas (Annmarie), Kirby, and Matthew. Proud grandfather of Christine and Michael. Great-grandfather to Alaura. Caring brother to Hiroshi “Doc” (late Helen). Predeceased by sisters, Toshiko (Jim) Inamoto and Florence Matsuye Terada (Yoshiharu). Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at The Toronto Buddhist Church, 1011 Sheppard Ave. West (at Allen Rd.), on Saturday, April 1, 2017, from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers or koden, donations can be made to the Toronto Buddhist Church or the charity of your choice.
