DeVUONO, Carmen November 26, 1945 – July 20, 2018 Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer.
Survived by his wife, Lesley Swinton, children, Christine (Evan), Damian (Amanda), Robin (Kevin) and Adrian and their mother Joan Bowser DeVuono. Proud grandfather to Fynn, Nina, Gaby, Riley and expected granddaughter. Also survived by brothers, Angelo (Wendy) and Gino (Diane). Affectionate Uncle to nieces and nephews, Patrick, Kelly, Marika and Hunter. Carmen enjoyed meals with his family and friends, lively conversation, martinis and rounds of golf with his brothers and good friends which were many and winters in Florida. Carmen’s larger than life personality and humour will be truly missed by all who knew him.
A respected member of the Toronto Police Service for over 35 years. Special thanks to the staff of Toronto General, Guelph General Hospitals and Wellington Hospice.
