Carolyn passed away peacefully with her sister Debbie by her side on April 13th, 2019 at the age of 60. She rejoins her mother, Joan, and her best friend Ryan.
Carolyn will be deeply missed by her children Melissa, David (Catherine) and Ashley; grandchildren Kyle, Alexandra, Serenity, Hope, Kayden, Zadie and Summer; siblings Linda Davies (Glen), Judy Lohnes, Barbara Lowe, Debbie Lohnes-McGraw (Danny), Lester Lohnes, George Lohnes (Romy) ad Sherry Lohnes; many nieces and nephews; and her close friends, Angie, Tammy and Rachel.
Carolyn, or Carol to her friends, will be forever remembered for her heart of gold.
A visitation for Carolyn will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home in Scarborough, Ontario. A celebration of her life will take place at the funeral home the following day, Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carloyn’s memory to the Princess Margaret Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
