On August 10, 2019, mom passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Claire touched many people during her 77 years of life, her passing has saddened us all. She was the driving force and main founder of the Swansea Girls Hockey League, now entering its 50th year.
Mom was our rock, a person we cherish, someone we will always think of with love and respect. She loved life and lived it with grace. She is survived by her five children, Jody, Darrin, Heather, Debra and Patrick, eight grandchildren and two great-grandkids.
Services to be held at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel on Bloor near Windermere. Visitation this Friday, August 23rd from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
A celebration of life service to be held in the chapel on Saturday the 24th at 3 p.m.
