FOSTER, Jeremy Paul Surrounded by the love of his family, Jeremy passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 at the Ian Anderson House Hospice in Oakville at age 40. Loving son of Barbara and Paul. Loyal brother of Matthew and his wife Rebecca.
Devoted father of Landon Jeremy and friend to his mother Danielle. Proud uncle of Grace and Noa. He will be remembered by Julie, his many close friends and extended family. Jeremy will be forever remembered for his courage, strength and determination.
Visitation will be at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home, 3164 Ninth Line (at Dundas) Oakville on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
