LANGEVELD, Maria Passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019 in her 94th year. She is reunited with her loving husband John (1979). Cherished mother of Peter and Sylvia (Ron). Beloved Oma to her granddaughters Kristin (David), Sarah (Peter) and Julia and great-grandchildren Freya, Noah, Jake and Joshua.
Maria was a founding member of the Lay Hamilton Carmelite Order since 1989.
A visitation for Maria will be held Monday, January 14, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Prayers at 7:00 p.m. at Cresmount Funeral Home – Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Ave East, Hamilton. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, 384 Rymal Road West, Hamilton. With a private family burial to follow.
In lieu of flowers donations to the CNIB, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
