WOODHOUSE, Lois Frances September 11, 1926 – January 7, 2019 Passed away at home, with her family by her side, after a courageous battle.
Beloved wife for 58 years of the late Douglas Fraser Charles “Woody”. Cherished mother of Carolyn Hodgins (John) and Heather Bedggood (Dave) and grandmother to three loving granddaughters Amanda (Fred), Alyssa (Anthony) and Cristina (Randy), known as her little angels. Daughter of the late Ida and Francis. Sister of the late Lillian (late Howard), late Ruth (late Eric). Dear sister-in-law of Robert (late Mary) and late Gordon (Audrey). She will be remembered by her extended family, supportive friends, neighbours, church family and Aquafit friends and most of all her favourite little dogs Alvin and Lucy.
A special thank you to all the caregivers and the team who helped bring her home.
Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, on Friday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Westway United Church, 8 Templar Dr., Etobicoke, on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 2 p.m. .
