POOLE, MARK WILLIAM 1958 – 2018 Mark died peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital on Friday, October 12, 2018 of cardiac arrest. Loved son of Bill and Pat Poole (Caffery). Remembered by his two wonderful sons, Spencer and Graeme and their mother, Catherine Burak. Also left to mourn Mark are his siblings, Michael, Linda Cundari (Chuck), David, Cathy Webster (Jerry), Mary, Greg (Nancy) and Tom (Barbara). Mark leaves many nieces, nephews, great-nephews and nieces. Mark was fortunate to have many longtime, true friends.
The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES – NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17th. A Funeral Mass will be held in ST. ANSELM’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1 MacNaughton Road, Toronto, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 18th.
