SCOTT, Shirley It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother, Shirley Scott.
Mom passed away peacefully at Trinity Village Studios in Kitchener in March of this year. She was predeceased by her husband Laurence, the love of her life. She is survived by her children, David (Marianne) Odell, Janet Martin, Susan (Ian) Box and Brian (Heather) Odell, as well as her beloved grandchildren: Justin (Cathy) Odell, Eric Box, Jennifer Odell, Aaron Martin, James (Tasha) Odell, Lisa Box and Sara Box as well as her two great-grandchildren Jack and Logan Odell and her stepsisters Linda MacDonald and Norma Hutchinson. Mom was very involved with everything that life had to offer before dementia took over. She maintained her sense of humour to the end and we will sorely miss her.
The funeral service will be held at Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, ON, 905 884-1062. August 11, 2018. Viewing from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. Service at 1:15 p.m., reception at 2:00 p.m. followed by a family only graveside service at 3:30 p.m.
