HOUSTON, William A. Peacefully and surrounded with love Bill passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Ontario on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the age of 68.
Bill is missed greatly by his children: Bill Houston and JoAnn Braund (nee Pitcher), Jarett Houston, Jackie Arnold (nee Houston) and Len Arnold, his high school sweetheart Susan Houston (nee Weigel), his sister Kathy Taunton (nee Houston) and Jim Taunton, his brothers Doug Houston, Davey Houston and Richard Houston, his nephew Jim Houston, nieces Sara Sandhi (nee Houston) and Rachel Taunton, his loving grandchildren William Houston and Natalie Mabee, Taylor Arnold and Andrea Schneider, Leona Houston (Mike Adair), Allison Houston (Matt Mawhinney), Melissa Houston, Cooper Braund, Lee Braund (deceased), Emma Arnold, Nathan Arnold and Isabella Arnold and his sweet great-grandchildren Jason Houston and Jonah Houston; and by many more extended family and friends. Bill was proudly a member of the UA Local 46 Toronto for over 45 years in the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry.
He lived his life passionately and loved being out on the water – fishing or taking a cruise in his boat. The Celebration of Life was held at Drury Funeral Centre, 519 Victoria Street East, Alliston, on Thursday, September 27th at 1 p.m.
