DESVEAUX, Agnes Mary —
Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 90. She now joins her beloved husband Gord, who passed away March 2014. Beloved mother of Joanne (Dave Scarth) and Linda Skanes. Adored Nanny of Ryan and Chris Skanes. Beloved sister of Jim and predeceased by Richard, Florence and John. She will be also missed by her many nieces and nephews. Agnes will be forever remembered for her love of baking and her devotion to her family, especially her grandsons. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234), on Thursday, November 17th from 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel on Saturday, November 19th at 11:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Donations will be gratefully accepted for the Alzheimer Society.
