SMITH, Alberta Emma Passed peacefully at Maple Villa Nursing Home, Burlington on Friday, April 21, 2017 in her 94th year. Predeceased by her loving husband James (2011). Dear mother of Marilyn (Brian) and Kathleen (Glenn). Treasured grandmother of Jeff, Sara, Laura, Kate, Amy and 8 great-grandchildren. As a registered nurse, Alberta served as a supervisor at the Henderson General Hospital. She was a longtime member of Mount Hamilton United Church. Alberta will certainly be missed by all who knew her. Friends and family will be received at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME-FENNELL CHAPEL, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 11 a.m. Donation to a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
