CURRIE, Albert Karrell – Peacefully at Toronto East General Hospital after a long illness at 77 years young. Karrell beloved husband of Evelyn for 52 wonderful years. Loving father of Carol (Jim), Darrell (Tammy) and Lori (Favourite Daughter). Papa to Peter, Michael, Paul and David and Grandpa to Chase and Brenden. Dear brother of Dolly and the late Olive, Patty, Danny, Warren, Ray, Blaise, Pearl, Gloria, Nora and Lillian. Karrell will be sadly missed by all family members and many friends. Retired TTC Driver of 31 years. A special thanks to the staff at Toronto East General Hospital for the compassion and care they gave Karrell during his stay. Visitation at PAUL O’CONNOR FUNERAL HOME, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E. (between Warden and Pharmacy) from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. Service in our Chapel on Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Toronto East General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
