MacLEOD, Alexander “Sandy” On September 29, 2017, surrounded by his loving family, Sandy passed away peacefully at home after a long and happy life. He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife Mary and his two sons Steven and Brian (Karen). Loving grandfather of Kailey and Fraser. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, he was a sports enthusiast. In 1967, Sandy came to Canada with his family and had a successful career in marketing and accounting at Nortel Networks in Bramalea. Sandy enjoyed a wonderful retirement travelling with his family and playing golf and bridge at which he attained the title of Life Master. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Scott Funeral Home (289 Main Street North, Brampton, 905-451-1100) with a Memorial Service to follow at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
