ALICE ZANIN (nee TURRIN) September 6, 1927 – August 7, 2016 Loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Alice Zanin lost her courageous battle with cancer at home with her family by her side. She is survived by her sister Bruna, adoring daughters Nadia (Dino), Anita (Tonino) and Mirka (Anthony) and her “sweethearts” grandchildren Dale, Lara, Tina (Jair) and René and precious great-grandchildren Alyssa and Maximus. She also leaves many relatives and caring friends in Toronto, the US and Italy. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7, Woodbridge, on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. followed by a service in the Ward Chapel at 4 p.m. Cremation to follow.
