Demetrios “Jim” ANGELOPOULOS
Passed away with family by his side on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at the age of 67. Loving husband of the late Anna for 30 years. Cherished father of George (Susie) and Kristina (Sajad). Proud Papou of Anna, Nicholas “Smiley”, and Emmy. Dear brother of Katherine, Chris, Rhea and Fofe. Jim will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by his family and friends in Canada and in Greece for his great sense of humour, positivity, and pride. He always had a great time everywhere he went, enjoyed dancing at every opportunity and above all else, spending time with family. His main wish was for his family to be happy and healthy. Visitation was Sunday, June 19, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. and will take place on Monday, June 20, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough. A Funeral Service will take place at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 1385 Warden Ave., Scarborough on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 10 a.m. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery. Donations in memory of Jim may be made to Toronto General Hospital Peter Munk Cardiac Centre
