BAILEY, Douglas George Edwin With heavy hearts and surrounded by loving family, Doug passed away peacefully at home after a courageous hard fought battle with cancer on November 10th at the age of 83. He was a devoted husband of Shirley (nee Winchester), amazing father to Vicky (Bill), Ron, and April (Randy), adored grandfather of six with five great-grandchildren, a loved eldest brother of 5, a brother-in-law, cousin, uncle, and friend to many. Doug was a proud member of the Korean Veterans Association. In death, as in life, his heart touched so many and remains connected to all of us forever. Per his wishes after cremation, there will be a small private gathering of family at a later date to scatter his ashes.
