BOCCACCIO, Leonilda “Eleanor” November 15, 1920 – June 27, 2016 It is with great sadness that we announce Eleanor’s peaceful passing at the age of 95, at Hamilton General Hospital. Beloved wife to the late Sam Boccaccio. Cherished mother to Lynne Boccaccio and Janet (Sam) Cutrara, and loving grandmother to Jacqueline and Nicole. A beloved sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend; she will be deeply missed by all. Special thanks to caregiver Ghislaine Bernier. Eleanor was an avid gardener, golfer, and bowler, and will be remembered for her sharp sense of humour. Family and friends will be received at the DODSWORTH & BROWN FUNERAL HOME – ANCASTER CHAPEL, 378 Wilson Street East, on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, June 30th at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
