CAPTAIN DENNIS EDWARD MOORE Etobicoke and Toronto Fire Departments Passed away suddenly at Guelph General Hospital on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Linda (Hume). Devoted dad of Shaun (Lindsay) and David (Jamie). Proud grandpa Dennis of Tori, Logan, Jonas, Jaxon and Jadon. We will be forever grateful to Dr. Reingold, Dr. Catania and the oncology nurses at Headwaters, the homecare nurses Rhonda and Wendy and our wonderful family and friends who have supported us through this difficult journey. Friends and family will be received at the Jack & Thompson Funeral Home, 318 Main St. E., Shelburne, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 12 p.m. Interment at Shelburne Cemetery.
