MacEACHERN, Carey Tyler Passed away at the Hospice of Windsor on June 28, 2017. Very dearly loved son of Beryle Patterson and Carl MacEachern (Ottawa). Surely missed by precious son Connor MacEachern and Conner’s mom Karen. Step father William George Patterson and step mother Carol MacEachern. Predeceased by Brother Derryl Brett MacEachern. Carey will also be missed by half siblings Lisa MacEachern, Shawn MacEachern, and Tyler MacEachern. Carey will be remembered by many extended family and friends. Many of his friends shared his passion for hockey and golf. As per Carey’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
