THOMPSON, Christopher Brendan McNeilly It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of our beloved Christopher on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. Christopher was the soulmate of Alicia Fowlie, son of Leanne and Ted, brother of Stephen, and devoted uncle to Allison Karin Thompson. Christopher will be sadly missed by his aunts and uncles: Patricia and Derril, David, Jim and Mary Lou, Ed and Sharon, Dan and Simone, Mary Anne, Peter, Josie, Paul and Erika. Christopher is loved and admired by his cousins Ted and Elaan, Jonathan and Sunshine, Alethea, Graham, David and Julie, Gavin, Sarah and Adam, Matthew and Alisha, Katherine, Nathan and Erin, Danielle Leigh, James and Danielle, Travis and Megan, Tyson and Peyton, and their children: Kate and Amy, Dorman, Kaia and Quinn, Nolan and Mitchell and Lilly and Eithan. Christopher will be lovingly remembered by Alicia’s family: Barry, Vanessa, Olwen, Sheumais and Nada and their children Yara and Yahya and Grandma Mary. Christopher was predeceased by his grandparents Ernie and Mary Thompson, and Jim and Lee Creechan, his aunt Anne Marie and his cousin Jamie. Christopher’s many dear friends, neighbours and co-workers will also mourn his passing. Christopher will rest at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, “William J. Markey Chapel,” 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Thursday, April 20th from 7 – 9 p.m. and on Friday, April 21st from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Vigil prayers for Christopher will be held Friday evening at 7 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at Regina Mundi Parish, 631 Mohawk Road East, Hamilton on Saturday, April 22 at 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 254 Garner Road West, Ancaster.
