CHRISTOPHER NORMAN THOMAS It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Chris. He passed away peacefully on the morning of Monday, May 15, 2017 at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Toronto, at the age of 65. He will be forever remembered and loved by his wife of 39 years Sandee, son Matthew (Ariane) and granddaughter Thea and daughter Sachi (Vinny) Verma and soon-to-be-born grandson. The family wishes to thank the staff of Toronto General Hospital and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, specifically Dr. David Goldstein (surgeon) and Dr. John Waldron (radiation oncologist) for their excellent care, effort and compassion throughout Chris’ brief battle with cancer. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Chris’ memory. As per his wishes, there will be no funeral service. A family celebration of Chris’ life will be held at a later date.
