CASSAR, Chuck His brave fight against terminal IPF ended on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, with his wife Valerie by his side. Survived also by his daughter Brenda Kruter (Peter) and his son Michael Cassar (Tina) who were his rock during his illness and fulfilled his bucket list with a trip to the Kentucky Derby. Loving grandchildren, Brittany and Daniel Kruter and Mitchell, Zachary and Erik Cassar brought him joy, love and laughter with every visit. He will be deeply missed by his sisters-in-law, Shirley Brown, Debbie Jacobs (Dave) and numerous nieces and nephews. His pride in his family was evidenced by all who knew him. Chuck was a former owner of The Ontario Conservatory of Music and TV Facts. He also worked for HomeLife State Realty and recently retired from Arbor Memorial Inc. Friends and family are invited for a Time to Reminisce at the DODSWORTH & BROWN FUNERAL HOME, ANCASTER CHAPEL, 378 Wilson Street East, Ancaster, 905-648-3852 on Tuesday, April 11th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 391 Rymal Road West, Hamilton (St. Elizabeth Village) on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Private Interment.
