DARIN YOUNG It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of a beloved son, brother, godfather, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many. Darin passed away suddenly at home on May 26, 2017 at the age of 49. He was predeceased by his mother Linda and will be sadly missed by his father Jim (Karen), sister Lori, grandmother Yvonne MacLachlan and his much- loved, extended Sheppard family. Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Rd., Barrie, on Sunday, June 4, 2017, from 11 a.m. until the time we celebrate Darin’s life in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Following the service, guests are invited to remain for a reception luncheon in the Lounge.
