DONALD BRUCE CALDWELL May 12, 1944 – February 4, 2017 Peacefully at North York General Hospital on February 4, 2017 at age 72. He was predeceased by his wife Valerie and will be greatly missed by his son John Caldwell (and partner Jennifer Descotes) and his best friend and companion, Sheila Fowler. Survived by his sisters, Judie (Tom Bryant), Susan (Bob Wilson) and brother Tom (Cheryl). Originally from Ottawa and a longtime employee of IBM, Don was a graduate of Ryerson University and York University. Don’s love of new experiences and his sense of humour will be missed by all who knew him. A celebration of Don’s life will take place on Wednesday, March 1st, 5-8 p.m. (with remembrances at 6 p.m.), at York Funeral Centre, 160 Beecroft Road, Toronto.
